Behind the Scenes: Celebrating 45 Years of Citybus with Cityflyer!
Hey everyone!
We’re super excited to share a sneak peek into our latest project at Media Studio! 🎉 We’ve been working on a special reel for Citybus to celebrate their 45th anniversary.
The Project
Our task? To create a short, snappy reel for Cityflyer, part of the Citybus family, announcing their new overnight service during the summer holidays. Let’s dive into some of the challenges we faced during the shoot.
Challenge #1: Traffic Situation
First off, getting the perfect shot of the bus arriving at the station was no walk in the park. The traffic road situation was a real headache. Buses, cars, pedestrians – you name it, we had to navigate it. Timing was everything, and let’s just say, we had to shoot that scene more than a few times to get it just right.
Challenge #2: Highway
Next up, shooting on the highway. Here’s where things got tricky. The bus had to stick to the speed limit, but we were filming from another car. This meant a lot of coordination – and a few missed shots. Picture this: our target bus cruising along, and us trying to keep up without breaking any speed limits.
Our Talented Team
But wait, there’s more! Did you notice the amazing models in the video? They were all suggested by us. We are glad to collaborate with @ngachiii43 and @owan.thm. One of them is actually one of our very own colleagues. Talk about in-house talent!
Wrapping Up
Despite the challenges, we’re thrilled with how the reel turned out. It’s always a blast working on big campaigns like this, especially for such a renowned company like Citybus. We can’t wait for you all to see the final product on YouTube and Facebook Reels.
